ADHD Coaching

An ADHD coach works with those impacted by ADHD to better understand their ADHD brain, identify/execute goals, and celebrate the wins along the way.

For me, the power of ADHD coaching lies in a forced pause and opportunity to determine what you want your future to look like and how to get there. We live in a society that is so fast paced even neurotypicals aren’t afforded the opportunity to pause and reflect. When you add the difficulties ADHDers have with pausing, self-awareness, and emotional regulation, we end up living life on autopilot, feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, and unsatisfied without understanding why.

ADHD coaching provides a time to explore what’s worked in the past, how those successes can be applied to current struggles and create a plan moving forward.

Meet your coach

Hi there, my name is Kelly. I'm an ADHD coach dedicated to helping people recognize their strengths, set and achieve their goals, and better understand their unique brain wiring. Diagnosed with ADHD 10 years ago, I’ve been on a personal journey to find the tools and strategies that help me manage burnout, navigate strong emotions, and practice self-compassion.

Before I found my passion for coaching, I spent a decade as an attorney, working across corporate, government, and non-profit sectors. That background gave me a diverse perspective, but it was my own experience with ADHD that truly shaped my approach to coaching.

I believe that everyone has the ability to thrive with the right tools and understanding. I’m here to support you in creating a path that’s tailored to your needs and goals.

I offer hour long one to one, or group virtual coaching sessions. If you think you might be interested or just want to know more, I encourage you to schedule a free 30 minute discovery call to talk about how ADHD coaching can help you!
